Wayne Green

Wayne is a senior executive with extensive experience in nonprofit management, operations, and strategic philanthropy. With professional and lay leadership experience, Wayne brings holistic oversight into his roles. As Executive Director of Honeycomb, a New York-based philanthropy organization, Wayne led the international expansion of youth and next-generation giving programs. His leadership helped shape a global movement of emerging Jewish and secular philanthropists, fostering leadership, engagement, and long-term social impact.

Wayne recently served on the board of the Be BlueRock Foundation, where he guided and supported their grantmaking and contributed specialist expertise to advance Donor Advised Fund impact. As Foundation trustee, he has also played a central role in developing new philanthropic programs and services that respond to community needs and promoted corporate and collective giving.

Wayne’s entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated by his experience as the founder or co-originator of several notable initiatives, including the Kavod Giving Circle, Jewish LGBTQ Donor Network and the newly launched Impact100 Melbourne Giving Circle, where he served on the advisory council.

As a strategist and creator, he brings a unique blend of global insight, entrepreneurial drive, and varied sector knowledge to advance social change and maximize the impact of wealth distribution. His work spans international strategy, philanthropic resource development, organizational change, and utilizing evidence-informed approaches to program design and evaluation.
