Jacob Hara currently serves as Broker/Owner of Innovation Property Management, Inc., Transcend Realty, and Homework Services, LLC. Jacob Hara launched his real estate career in 2004 after earning his degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Jacob is also a REALTOR, Licensed Community Association Manager, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Accredited Buyer Representative. His expertise lies in providing full-service real estate solutions with a focus on property management.
Under Jacob’s leadership, his companies provide innovative real estate services tailored to the diverse needs of their clients, combining professionalism with a commitment to excellence. Over the past decade, Jacob has marketed and sold UMAM Mitigation Land Credits and developed numerous single-family and duplex homes throughout Central Florida.
Jacob is deeply committed to his community, having served on several boards of directors including the Kinneret Council on Aging and The Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando.
